The Fairy Park is about an hour and a half drive from the city and the long drive in the middle of nowhere is actually quite refreshing after the hustle and bustle of the city. When we finally arrived at the park we paid admission right from the car. Which was wonderful to not have to get out or wait in any lines! The cost is $18 for adults and $10 for children. (kidsUnder 2 free)

The park is closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday so make sure you go on a weekend or Monday. I chose Monday and it was perfect as it wasn’t too crowded and it was a beautiful day!

Make sure you bring snacks and water. There are several picnic areas to stop and eat lunch and enjoy the views! Also, the entire park is suitable for strollers so it makes it really easy to push the little ones!

Check the website for more details and comment below if you have been, or if you would like to take your kids! It was so much fun and I can’t wait to come back
